The 6th Edition of Arab Luxury World, held on June 12–13, 2019, attracted over 500 visitors, more than 50 luxury brands, 50 speakers and three million impressions on social media.
Arab Luxury World is a unique conference, built on the extraordinary growth the region has recorded in the luxury segment over the course of the past decade. It brings together global and regional luxury brands as well as agents, distributors, mall operators, retailers, service providers, global consultancy firms, media agencies and luxury associations to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. From "Cracking the Digital Luxury Code" and the "Future of Premium Retail" to "Big Data", "Blockchain" and "Glocalisation", speakers at Arab Luxury World 2019 covered all the key issues reshaping the face of luxury retail in the Middle East today.
The impact of the Luxury Hive’s involvement was significant and included an opening speech from Régis Dupertuis – Luxury Hive Retail Excellence Strategist and CEO of Le Monde des 5 Fleurs – prior to the panel discussion on “the Future of Premium Retail”, which reviewed the significance of consistent coaching, challenges in retail and the importance of building an efficient retail strategy. Régis Dupertuis also led a breakout session, “Addressing the Talent Gap”, and delivered an engaging workshop entitled “Profiling to Understand Personalities” to facilitate a better understanding of personality structures with a view to developing the means to successfully operate and communicate in times of intense stress.
Other contributions to Arab Luxury World 2019 included The Luxury Hive Room – a designated workshop venue and speakers’ hub – and over 25 Interviews delivered during the course of the event.
