In collaboration with the Luxury Hive, EQwiip Consulting delivered an interactive Business Etiquette training program for Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons at their Learning Centre in Dubai. The one-day workshop, held on February 9, provided participants with deep insights on the importance of corporate, social and dining etiquette.
Illustrating the significance of personal branding in the business environment, the Etiquette Booster emphasised fundamental aspects of communication, such as the power of listening, the art of ‘small talk’ and the three conversational tiers. Tapping into key elements of personal interaction, the programme sought to encourage storytelling as an effective, creative tool to hold the interest of existing and prospective clients.
The Booster highlighted the art of ‘courteous deportment’ as one of the core essentials of interaction and a means through which to transform professionals into brand ambassadors, enabling them to offer a distinctively comprehensive luxury experience while fostering strong, loyal relationships with clients to drive commercial growth.
Featuring animations and group energizer activities, the sessions provided a blend of enlightenment, engagement and entertainment.
