Master Coach Kais Badran and Karyna Badran, Luxury Retail Coach and Fashion Consultant, delivered a bespoke business etiquette program for Dubai Duty Free from June to September 2022, over the course of 14 sessions for about 100 participants, demonstrating the value of decorum and the ability to handle oneself with grace and style.
Encompassing visual illustrations and interactive activities, this curriculum focuses on business etiquette and protocol knowledge, that helps putting yourself and others at ease by displaying more confidence and poise in a variety of business settings. From building authentic and impactful professional image to enhancing one’s cultural compass, it equips trainees with the necessary tools to conduct business with greater know-how, efficiency, and elegance than before, thereby promoting business and achieving a competitive edge in careers.
During the three-month intense "Confidence, Grace, and Style" training program, the dynamic and spirited Dubai Duty Free team displayed incredible passion, zeal, and tenacity.
