In this capacity, she will deliver training in a variety of key areas including HX strategy (happiness experience), client-driven marketing with a GCC focus, and the means to cultivate and secure communications excellence.
Amal Al Mesafri brings considerable experience in a broad range of sectors, both in her capacity as an accredited international instructor and certified practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming, and through her background as a member of multiple influential bodies in the UAE. These include the Emirates Human Rights Society, the Higher Strategic Development Committee of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah (2010–2011) and the Higher Strategic Development and Planning Committee at Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research in Abu Dhabi (2012–2015).
She is a specialist in events management, holds a master’s degree in Change and Creativity Management, and is currently studying for her PhD.

Having established a consultancy agreement with this highly respected brand, the Luxury Hive will now work alongside Damiani to promote its creations through commercial and non-commercial initiatives highlighting its vision and proud 95-year history.

The Luxury Hive has signed a consultancy agreement with Bulgari, the globally recognised Italian retailer of luxury designer jewellery, watches, accessories and fragrances. Under the new agreement, the Luxury Hive will work closely with the Brand Heritage Department to deliver tailored events and lectures on Bulgari’s heritage and iconic jewellery for select and high-end connoisseurs in the Middle East.
The Luxury Hive will provide events and exposure for Bulgari across the Middle East, telling the story of the brand’s iconic style and creativity over more than 130 years.
The agreement also grants the Luxury Hive the exclusive task of promoting and supporting Bulgari’s buyback initiative to re-acquire or borrow creations produced and sold by the brand prior to 1995 in the Middle East. The aim of the scheme is to populate a variety of Bulgari retrospectives and exhibitions with historic pieces. In particular, the initiative seeks to locate key pieces that represent significant moments in the Bulgari timeline.
